Here at Limeswood we offer the following :--

 

·      Free Rental Appraisal

 

Tenant find service – where the cost is £300 to include

·      Extensive advertising with maximum exposure

·      Undertake all viewings

·      Tenant selection (following consultation with Landlord)

·      Comprehensive Tenant referencing (credit checks / employment checks)

·      Arrange for signing of tenancy and handover of property

·      Register of the deposit with a government scheme

For our Fully Managed Service – where the cost is 8% of the monthly rent we offer (in addition to the above) :--

·      Management of monthly payments

·      Become the main port of call for tenants

·      Quarterly property inspections

·      Management of any maintenance issues (following consultation with the Landlord)

·      Management of insurance claims

·      Ensure all certificates are in date and the property meets legislation
